Since we have moved in we have watched the complex get worse and worse, while the rent has increased the quality of living has declined. Trash piled up dog waste on the grounds. The worst is the maintenance good luck getting things fixed, they'ed rather counsel you about how you should not use more than one appliance at a time that to qualified enough to say that a household electrical should be able to withstand running a coffemaker and a microwave at the same time without knowing out power to that entire wall. They will also start a repair stop and say they need to order something and it will be in the next day. Five days later you still do not have the repair and no word on when it will be fixed. I would never give this place a good reference. I would tell anyone who would listen to me don't do it unless you love filling a bucket to flush your toilet, or only being able to use one appliance in your kitchen at a time because maintenance would rather you be inconvenienced than them.

    The management is rude and not helpful at all. I would have moved already if not for the pandemic. The apts are spacious but the maintenance problems happen often and they are usually never fixed the first time because the maintenance staff is trying the the least amount of repair and they definitely are not reading the work order completely or listening to what the tenant is saying. Trying to go through the office staff for help, you'd be better off pulling a chair up to a brick wall and asking it for help with your tenant problems. You would probably get a better response from the wall. Living here goes further and further down hill each year. Not to mention someone stole the catalytic converter out of our car in the parking lot here. This place is on the decline.

When the heat goes out and we don't have what is needed, they will put it on emergency maintenance for the time being. If your electric bill is higher than than the average, we will be happy to look at it and discuss it further. Please bring in your bill and we will look at your other bills and compare the average.       My family has lived here for four years and it has been pleasant at times and there have been times that maintenance and office staff personality have made us want to just move on. We have stayed because it is a quiet community and the space, we really need the space. Until recently with the new maintenance staff ( who are hands down the best staff they have) before them it was extremely hard for anything to get fixed properly without complaining a ridiculous amount of times. They also tend to let the trash area look terrible and disgusting having to wait days to get the area cleaned. I have gone out myself and cleaned it because I just could not look at it anymore. I believe in keeping your surrounding clean and I am not one to think that helping out is something I can't do but this is beyond helping this is a staffing job.
