Moved in Sept 2011 and they refused to let me see the place early. They stated because it needed cleaning and painting but had new carpet. The model was extremely nicer than the apartment actually was. They used pressed particle board with rolled on paint in cabinets causing sagging and painful splinters to touch, carpet was not new, and heater broke about a month into rental and never was properly fixed causing outrageous electric bills. The town homes are not properly ventilated causing you to burn up in the summer and freeze to death in the winter. Even though you are paying to live there, they will not update your apartment but expect your rent to increase. There are break-ins and there are drugs and high amounts of traffic all night long. You may pay to live there but you're not guaranteed a place to park. I only seen roaches when I first moved in but plenty of other bugs. The price to live here is absolutely ridiculous period! This place is not worth what hey charge.
