Apartment dirty when I moved in but Jonathan fixed lots of problem the day I move in and the days after. he is very reactive. Also Cable issue with the previous resident who did nt resigned but a couple day to fix it.

It's gone steadily downhill. Building is rarely upgraded, office workers mediocre, and the price keeps rising with limited benefits. I would not recommend this place to anyone in spite of the closeness to university.

Management is the best we've ever seen. They know our names, they are extremely prompt in responding to requests, and they are nice. They often provide breakfasts or lunches or free pizza. The location is also ideal.
