The apartments are constructed of low quality material which allows you to be able to hear everything your neighbors above and around you are doing. The staff has an attitude, takes days to get back to you if they even bother to at all. It took the maintenance team 2 weeks to change a single lightbulb in my oven, and don't think they'll bother to leave a note that they entered your apartment. Guest parking is extremely limited, but they do allow you to print out a guess pass for the parking. This would be a great system if it didn't break down and deny you access to print passes all the time (which I reported several times and no one ever fixed). Also, the printer they provided is usually broken. I have had so many friends leave on several occasions because I couldn't get a pass to print out, the office was closed and all the other guest spots were taken. The day I dropped my keys off I took out my last bag of trash only to find trash piled 3 feet high in the trash room. When I mentioned it to the front office, they responded that the trash chute was blocked and that maintenance had no intention of taking the trash down by hand. On top of all of this, they have an issue with the fire alarm. It goes off at all hours of the night, and when the fire department arrives they are unable to turn it off. All management does every time is apologize and say it won't happen again, but it always does. I've stood outside at 2am for 2 hours, at 6:30am with wet hair in the cold and multiple other times for this issue. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your next apartment!
