The Staff is very friendly and nice willing to help out when needed. Nice Clubhouse with pool enjoy the kitchen with the backsplash for cooking like the coloring of the wall in the units. The area is mostly convenient to stores

My first apartment Someone tried to break into and threw a rock through the glass doors. I had to pay an additional 1000 dollars to move from that apartment. Current apartment is ok with some work that needs to be completed

Although the apartments are nice , the service & maintenance is not nice . I moved in November 2023 shortly after my microwave stopped working and dishwasher broke . Still waiting to be fixed Feb 2024

The community is trashed. The outside looks horrible. Maintenance never comes, and there's been milk cartons and ice cream cartons in the grass by mh apartment for a month now. Maintenance takes forever to respond. My neighbors are insanely loud.

Have extra garbage fee, it's not pick up all the time, repair tickets take too long, more than usual waterbugs in apt. through vents. That has disminished, now less parking and gates are left opened..

The valet trash is always late . Communication from the office is terrible. Pet amenities are lacking . The water is always being shut off. The gate is always broken. My neighbors are nice. The gym is nice.
