STAY AWAY! Started off fine but has been going downhill ever since. The apartment in general is okay but very old. This means you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening next door and upstairs. I can hear when my upstairs neighbors flush the toilet, watch TV, walk, etc. I have contacted the leasing center and they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not even an apology. Recently my apartment flooded (burst pipe) and again, they are extremely unhelpful. They are moving us but blasted the heat and are running our electricity and are MAKING ME PAY FOR IT. I can't live there because the ceiling is collapsing but I am paying for them to fix it. I have had a bad experience and will be moving as soon as my lease ends.

Unfortunately, as other Charlotte residents experienced last week pipes bursting, we did too. The maintenance supervisor responded within 10 minutes of the call, had a professional restoration company onsite within 45 minutes, offered alternative housing and relocated you within 48 hours at no cost to you. We do not expect our residents to repair our buildings and require all residents to carry renters insurance in case of such incidents. I apologize that you feel we were unhelpful and wish you best of luck in your new home.
