Regarding the resident activity you mentioned, though we cannot personally stop someone from following the lease agreement they signed and acting disrespectful, I cannot emphasize enough how seriously we do take this and that this is a priority for me. We are more than willing to personally address this if we are made aware. While we cannot always completely eradicate a situation right away, we pride ourselves on taking every action possible to resolve anything within our control, as well as complete transparency as we work to find a solution.             Great Leasing office. I was able to see the apartment in person and have all the paperwork and background check down in minutes. Kelsey was a major help in the process. The apartment is super clean and the grounds are kept neat and tidy.
