This is generally a good complex, but it's not a good fit for people who cannot acclimate to the the sounds of others living around you. The other reviews are telling the truth. I hear showers, toilets, vacuum cleaners, garbage disposals, traffic going up and down the stairs. If the people in the above unit are in a hurry, I hear every footstep they make, plus some vibrations from the objects in their apartment. I don't really mind some of the general noise of "life" like children playing in the parking lots during the daytime, or folks chatting on their balconies. Apartment living takes some accommodation - you don't get to live in your own bubble. But, it does get tiresome adjusting my own schedule to adapt to those above me, and their routine. The office staff has been professional and helpful when I needed to speak with them, and the grounds are well kept. Parking is good, they resurfaced the lots this year and I have always been able to find a parking space a short distance from my unit. Washer/dryers are in the apartments which is a nice convenience. I will nitpick the cable fee. I don't watch television at all, so I'm paying $50 a month for something that I do not use. If the management reads the reviews, they should discuss with Time Warner offering people a choice of TV or internet service.
