I would agree with the review below---I didn t know a gym existed!! The greatest asset to this apartment is also its biggest problem; being right next to I-85. And while that s a problem that can t be helped, the neighborhood is quite noisy after school hours and in the summer; there are a zillion kids that live there that go to bed way too late. I moved in on a special price but I definitely did not want to renew the lease with the price they quoted me to stay another year---way too expensive for what they were offering. And as far as the staff goes, you have to CONSTANTLY stay on them if you want anything done the squeaky wheel gets the oil whether this means maintenance, your deposit, etc. The positive thing I would say is that the staff is very accommodating with special circumstances.
