My experience is not good.This property is way too old for the rent to be so expensive.I constantly have plumbing problems.My garbage was not collected for two weeks. Even though the issue has been resolved It should not have occurred.I have to pay for cable which I don't use.Cable is outdated I use my streaming.I pay for receiving packages which I dont use.My packages are all delivered to me.I pay for too many things I dont need.This property should not be advertised as luxury properties.I also had to pay $100 dollar extra because of my location.My master bedroom toilet tank is cracked ,what is luxurious about that.I cant wait for my lease to be up.
