The apartment management had made the attempt to maintain an appealing and inviting community. They continue to update the common areas and offer creative socially distanced activities to foster resident involvement.

Good place to live, lots of amenities and good location. Things are generally kept clean and in good order. Near everything you'd want and quick access to the light rail. It does border a dangerous part of town and caution should be used at night.

The community members are social and friendly. The office holds fun events every month that are great community building activities. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy living this this community.

Leasing office response time is VERY slow. Often times no response via emails. There's a weird oily substance on the main parking entrance resident door to building 120. Otherwise, the community is great.

I love living here - the location, staff, and building is excellent. I really don't have anything else to add in other than how happy I've been here. I've recommended it to friends. It's great!!!!!!!!

The location is great and the team actually take their time to listen. Over the last few years there have been so many improvements which shows the company cares. The community is just a little aged but they are updating new things.

Jeremy Robbins is fantastic. There is nothing that he is unwilling to address or solve. And so far there's nothing he has never failed to solve Diana is kind and willing to help. Julese is condescending and difficult we avoid her

Very comfortable and very good location. Staff is very nice and accommodating to any needs. The residents all seem very nice. Lots of dog owners and most of them clean up after their dog. Some dont but not overly a problem.

The complex is good and handles our requests right away. The only complaint is that it's very young community with noisy neighbors. During the week while working from home, it sounds like there's a constant bass above us.

Overall I've had a pretty good experience here. It's relatively quiet and the staff is wonderful. My only complaints stem from fellow residents being loud or disrespectful of the community (i.e. loud parties, littering, not picking up after their dogs, etc.)

Very nice and friendly community and very nice spot in SouthEnd, near to almost everything, grocery stores, restaurants etc.... only downside is that internet speed gets really slow from time to time.

Nice modern condos in a great location with great amenities. Not a lot to separate it from the other places in southend but overall I would recommend. I wish all the units had full size balconies and the pool was heated year round though.

Great community. Everyone here is very friendly, and caring of the environment. The amenities are nice, and well maintained. As with every community, some residents do not follow the rules which can impact your experience here.

Really good. Have never really had issues. Pet fee is too expensive. Staff is always really helpful. Maintenance is quick. Grounds are always clean and kept well. Lived there for 9 months and never really have issues

I've had no issues here whatsoever. Maintenance is always timely and the staff is incredible and accommodating. This year has definitely been a challenge, but they organize socially distant events to keep the community connected and to give the best living experience possible.

Overall, the community is wonderful. However, the community manager does not run a tight ship and is a pain to work with. I had a number of issues and delays and had to go to IRT management (parent company) directly to resolve.
