Don't bother looking at Inspire. My husband and I have lived here since July 2018 and we were one of the first residents in the building. It was truly an amazing experience when we first moved in but once management changed, not one, but twice things went downhill quickly. The new management company- Northland- is awful. We were all tricked into resigning our leases before the building was sold and Northland took over in November. At the time of resigning our lease we were told that amenities we had come to love and that brought us into the building- fresh brewed coffee, barista on site, weekly happy hours, multiple community wide events every month- would remain. However, as soon as Northland took over in November all of these amenities were scrapped. However, a reduction in our rent never happened even though we were all paying a premium to live here which covered the extra amenities. Management is trying to say that they cut the amenities due to Covid-19 but they cut everything in December and January so this is a lie. Northland needs to go back to managing low level apartments and not premium apartments as they are way out of their league. I repeat, do not bother looking at Inspire when looking for an apartment. I used to recommend all my friends to move here and now I would never do that.
