Good so far, not much I can speak on due to Covid. I like the apartment itself though upstairs neighbors are heard more than I wouldve presumed. Being street adjacent it is louder as well, may try to move to a pool view later on.

Our property management team works swiftly to take care of maintenance requests. The maintenance man, Mehi, is the most diligent person ever. Many residents have dogs and maintenance is clear about expectations to clean up after pets.
