Decent apartment close to a lively area. Affordable and private with safety kept in mind. Close to local entertainment and restaurants. Easy access to and from major roadways. Enjoy living here very much.

Great staff great community and walking distance to the heart of uptown Charlotte and plenty of restaurants at your convenience and it's always something to do with your family and friends and let's not forget your pets dog parks and more.

The management was extremely helpful and getting me the unit that I wanted. I'm also very impressed with how safe and quiet the building is. The grounds are always kept very clean as well! The community is also great for dog owners.

It's a good apartment community with a lot of dogs. My specific apartment is a decent value and it has a fair amount of space for a studio. Maintenance requests are either done promptly or forgotten about. Community events are nice if you can participate.

Terrible service and management. Nothing works properly in my unit and often times in the community. Management deflects responsibility away from them at any chance they get. The unit itself is nice but I've had issues with every single one of my appliances. Complete inconvenience.

This secure community has controlled access entry gate as well as an on-site courtesy officer. We offer covered parking as well as on-site laundry facilities. Take your furry friend on a walk in the dog park, take a dip in one of two swimming pool or hit the fully equipped fitness centers. Father your friends in the picnic area and grill up a meal on the outdoor electric BBQs.
