Very nicely landscaped, gated community. Very friendly and professional staff. Very close to the new light rail, grocery, shops, and Starbucks. Definitely one of the nicest apartment communities in the area.

We've already lived here almost a year, and like it! Staff are very helpful. The place is pretty good. Due to COVID we haven't used the gym or other common areas but would hope to be able to in the near future.

I have been living in this community since 2008 this is my second apartment I'm very satisfied with my apartment. Great place to live, management and maintenance A1 never had any problems since I've been living here.

The Lake at University has exceeded my move-in expectations. The staff made everything prior to move in very easy and straightforward. When I arrived on move in day, the room was very clean. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to others!

Had my apartment checked. Never doing it again since i got my clothes stolen. Dont leave your apartment unattended. Was out of town for 4 months and asked for a service request and this is what happened. Do not recommend.

Great team that worked with us when there were issues with paperwork. Great location. They're serious here about having your stickers on your vehicle for parking, one of my roommates got booted before we could prove that his car was on the lease.

Clean and safe.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.Very accessible to public transportation.The apartment homes are older but have a lot of character.I would recommend living here.I wish that there was more visitor parking near the building I reside at.

I had a very good experience, with frequent fixed maintenance and timely repair report. Shopping around is also more convenient, closer to the UNCC. The only dissatisfaction may be the relatively high rent
