New management (again) tries at first. But maintenance does not improve. Typical apartment life where you always hear your neighbors stomp and fight. Lawns and parking lots are not kept up. The pool was not maintained at all last year.

More than once I have gone to the main office to find it unattended. Packages were in an unlocked office. I have left messages that were never returned. Maintenance is okay, but they do not contact you to let you know when they will be coming.
