Incompetent management. We moved out in Sept after having lived here since the building was originally opened. I had to call corporate because the management threatened to send me to collections for something I didn't owe. We actually paid $3500 penalty to break our lease to move a mile down the road. Our move out bill they said our reason for leaving was that we bought a house which was not true. Looks like they're trying to cover up why people are leaving. We definitely left due to the poor management. We loved the community when Christine and Keenan were there but the new management was nothing but a nightmare.
