Property looks much better since Bell has taken over. They are slow to address critical concerns if and when they are addressed despite knowledge of health issues being exacerbated by environmental exposure to mold and smoke. The primary concern seems to be collect the rent rather than effectively address tenant concerns. Maintenance is more prompt than when under previous mgmt. Mgmt responsiveness is good, follow through is lacking. Overall, Property is not well lit and dog waste is every where. Apartments are good sized and closet space is ideal. First unit style was poorly designed and poorly ventilated which caused moisture leading to mildew and mold.Had to relocate to different unit. 2nd unit better layout. Older fixtures, rusted bathroom fixtures and windows, and despite requesting pest control in person and in writing, they don't fulfill requests consistently so bugs are bad. Window and door seals have gaps so bugs and heating/cooling efficiency are problematic. Pest control isn't as effective when neighbors don't request so bugs through vents a big problem. Amenities are fair. Nice pool/patio area. That, new landscaping and package lockers are probably best features
