Overall cleanliness and maintenance of common areas could be improved (i.e. wipes in the gym, vacuuming and shampooing the carpets, elevators have trash/spills). The apartments themselves are standard and on par with other apartment buildings in the area.

We aim to provide the best possible customer service and living experience for our residents, and we would love the chance to speak to you about your concerns. Please note, we do get the carpets cleaned once per quarter. We did check to confirm we do have wipes in the gym.     The units are fine, and if you have a maintenance issue for your unit, they act pretty quickly and reasonably. But forget about using community amenities - staff do the BARE MINIMUM in maintaining them, making a lot of things non-functional. The fire pit doesn't work, the virtual golf thing doesn't work, the stationary bikes in the gym don't work, and the trash shoot is frequently clogged. We've complained and no one seems to care/act. The lobby area is kept meticulously clean to lure in new residents, but the actual resident hallways don't seem to be cleaned regularly. Overall okay, but don't let the fancy lobby trick you into thinking this place has luxury amenities.

      Thank you for this review. Our goal is to provide our residents with the highest quality care and maintain a great living experience, and we regret that you have these concerns. We would like to point out that our fire pit is in working order, so please contact the office for instructions and we will be happy to assist you. In addition, we are in the process of obtaining approval to replace the stationary bikes. We are also in the process of adding another trash bin; please be assured that our team directs attention to the shoots every day to keep them neat and in working order.
