Promenade Park Apartments

I found Promenade Park in the apartment guide. Their picture was pretty (they all are), so I called. The staff was easy to talk to, answered my questions, asked a few of their own and before long we were having a conversation. I hung up thinking, they were nice I wonder if the property is. Later that day I rec'd and email thanking me for my interest and they included information about the property and the schools and floor plans of the apartments I was interested in. I thought wow that's really nice. A day or two later I rec'd a call from them to see if I had rec'd the email and to see if I had any questions. Mind you I had made phone calls to other complexes with pretty pictures but did not get any follow up calls. During this phone call I told them that my date had changed and I would not be moving for a couple months. 2-3 weeks went by and I rec'd another email that simply said Hi still looking for you. About 6 weeks before my expected move I rec'd another email stating that she had found the floor plan I wanted. The move-in date was approximately a week earlier than I needed and explained I would be on vacation at that time. Her reply was simply if you are in town we can meet at your convenience and finalize the paperwork if not I can mail it to you before you leave on vacation. This next part blew me away, she then asked me to send her the name of your movers, a furniture layout map (for the movers) and to tell the movers to see her for a key. I couldn't believe this. I am in sales and I have never seen this level of follow-up before. I visited the Promenade this past week and I must tell you even in the rain this place will take your breath away! It is even better than the pictures. Promenade Park is everything they said it would be and more.
