I also have lived here two years, and would have stayed for 3, until they increased my rent $275 a month ... (it was raised $20 the first year). Maintenance is very, very slow. The floors are thin, especially when you have a "stomper" living above you. The regional manager believes the Light Rail will be a huge benefit to renting these places in excess of $1000 per month (and they are NOT worth that). I think he's wrong, but I won't be here to find out if he is. It's not all bad, but live here on the side of caution, especially when it's time to renew your lease!
