I just moved at the end of my lease January 31st. The house I wanted became available so I moved. If it had not been for the fact that I was moving into a house, I would still be a resident in Rivermere. Management completely superseded any expectations I would have had when I suffered a personal loss. During that time, Shannon was there with open arms (literally) and for that I will forever be grateful. At that moment I no longer felt like just a resident, I felt like family. That showed me that they didn't just care about getting the rent on time but they actually cared (which is rare). I would definitely recommend Rivermere and I often do.
