This is a beautiful place and the staff so far has been wonderful but there are a few issues. The main issue is the smell in the hallways. They offer front door trash pickup which is great but the smell in the hallway if terrible. Also the wall are really thin. You can hear everything. But there is really nothing they can do about that.

We do appreciate your feedback about the hallways and will continue in our efforts to inform residents of the appropriate hours in which trash should be collected. As for the noise, we thank you for your understanding as this is sometimes the case with apartment living. Having said that, we do abide by the Charlotte Mecklenburg quite hours which are from 10 PM to 8 AM Monday through Sunday. Should you ever feel the noise levels to be excessive during those hours please know that you may always reach out to the authorities as they have access to our community and will be able to address these issues right away.
