I've not had the best experience to be quite frank. The mail situation is a nightmare. I've been given the wrong package 3 times. The last incident has caused my neighbor to give me attitude. I had a situation with one of the front office staff over a parking sticker. There is debris in the parking garage which cause a friend to trip. The apartment fixtures are cheap and have had to place 3-- service requests in under 3 months. The dog park is very stinky and needs a divider for large and small breeds as some dogs are very aggressive. If you'd like to know more, please feel free to call me.
