Leasing staff are rude and has locked people out of their accounts causing them to behind, and then will not accept payments. The staff lie and with hold contact information to get in touch with their bosses. They do not fix anything in the apartment, and do not take trash, when you are made to pay for trash valet

The office staff was helpful prior and up to my move in. I was told they found a "gem of an apartment" for me. Apparently, a gem of an apartment means no working AC (since fixed, thank you), a faulty lock and key, broken smoke & C02 detectors, a dirty, nasty closet left over from previous tenants (apartment was clearly not cleaned well prior to my move-in, been here over a week and haven't finished unpacking due to the gross shelves in the closet. The office has seen pictures and has done nothing to address this), my bath tub doesn't drain while I'm showering, I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and be very cautious when apartment hunting.

The staff was extremely nice during the tour and process. My neighbors are nice as well. Whenever I have an issue or I need something, I get a fast response. I like how the staff even live in the area. My place is the right size just for me and have exactly what I need. Especially the washer and dryer and the dishwasher.

The staff here is super nice. Maintenance request are usually taken care within 24hrs. The neighbor are nice and quiet. Close to many shops n restaurants. Hospitals and Dr's nearby. I love the decision I made of moving here

The front office staff are friendly, hardworking people. Imani & Jamal are the managers there and they are legit people to communicate and work with. The community is pretty much quiet minus the loud cars,lol.

I moved in this apartment back in February 2004(February 2024 will be 20 years).this apartment complex has gone through different ownership in my almost 20 years living here. My experience living here it's been interesting, not to many complaints from me about fellow neighbors, a pleasant community for all people of life.

I was pretty happy when I moved in, the staff was great, it still is, neighbors were wonderful, not so much anymore. I think it needs to be a closer look at who is renting. Inhave had alreadybissues with two tenants that came after me, and I was asked to provide proof of my claims

It was an easy process moving in. I toured on a Saturday, submitted the application on Sunday, was accepted by Monday or Tuesday and moved in the following week, very quick! It has been great thus far. Absolutely love TJ in the leasing office. Community is quiet and feels safe. There could be more parking though...

Since the new management company took over things have gotten better. Things have been cleaner and more community events. There is still room for improvement with garbage pick up, trash around the community and the playground can use an update.

I have lived here going on 4 years. And it's been absolutely amazing it's very quiet. People stay to their self but also help when needed. Another thing that I love about this community is that they have all of the stores that I love to go to. Right, in the same area, all the food restaurants is a very great place to live.
