Good experience but there is dog poop left on the grass and maintenance doesnt return phone calls. The experience has been good but I would like for the gym to be open 24 hours. The community is quiet and residents seem respectful.

Love my apartment and floor plan. It is too expensive for all of the drama. The front office staff are friendly, however maintenance is slow at best. Valet trash is a waste of money and most residents do not dispose of trash correctly.

Please understand that we speak with the couriers often, however the use of the parcel system and delivery of the package will always remain the discretion of the driver. We recommend making sure you are signed up for parcel delivery and also adding delivery notes to all packages that they cannot be left unaccompanied outside. Their walls are paper-thin. It is hell when you have to live next to idiots who do nothing but to use their loud speakers all night long. The staff doesn't do anything about it but busy raising the rent like crazy!

Hello, we are an over 55 couple moving to N/C in August. We are interested in either your Shamrock or the Celebrity units plus a garage. One of our questions is how many closets are in each of the rentals as All that shows is the two walk-ins. If there is a brochure available in PDF form we would love to see that..Unfortunately someone has posted some photos of damaged interiors of your rentals. We have also been advise that your entry gate has not worked in a very long time. This is very bothersome to us. Can you please give us an update on these issues. We are visiting the area in two weeks to take tours of the properties we are interested in. We will probably fill out the lease paper work before hand.
