Poor maintenance and upkeep for new residents. 1. We moved in and the master bathroom had mold/mildew all over it which I ended up having to scrub out and have the shower resealed. 2. Then poor ventilation of the apartment. Why is one room burning hot and the living room chilly and the master bedroom an ice box. The 1st the vent wasn't connected to the boiler unit in the apartment, that should have fixed it, only in a perfect world. Instead the problem persisted. 2nd solution was to close the vents in all the other rooms to increase airflow to the master, then informed us it's just something we have to live with, no go. The 3rd solution put foam door liners in the seal of the window, semi permanent, it lift ups. (Took almost 2 months to reach a somewhat satisfactory remedy that maintains some warmth in the master bedroom.) The somewhat satisfactory fix did not last this cold week in March. Then they evicted the non students residents and have the audacity to send out survey on what they should renovate to improve the apartments.

Hello Anonymous- We regret that you had a negative experience with us, but are thankful you brought this to our attention. Our team here at 300 Swift strives to ensure all of our residents are satisfied with their time at our community from the moment of move-in and continues during their stay. Our maintenance staff works diligently to make sure attention is paid to work orders immediately and continue to do so until a correct resolution is found. Before a move-in each apartment is professionally cleaned, work orders are completed and an inspection for moisture intrusion is done. No issues were found with your apartment. We understand it took a bit longer than hoped to find a solution to your ventilation situation however we did respond to each request within 24 hrs and we thank you for your patience during this process. In regards to eviction, no one has been evicted due to the ownership change. Simply we can not offer renewals any longer but all residents are welcome to live out their lease that is in place now.
