My overall experience living here has been a pain. The office staff are not pleasant at all and act like they are being bothered when you ask for assistance. I had to retract my package consent form because the office signed for a package and then lost it and said that they are not liable for it because I signed the package consent form giving them permission to sign for my packages! I then called two higher Ticon Properties managers to discuss my complaint and one only repeated that the rental office was not responsible for my lost package and then the second manager didn't even bother calling me back. Then I had an upstairs neighbor who had two large dogs (too large for a one-bedroom apt) that would run back and forth all night. He would then leave them on his balcony when he was gone and they peed down to my balcony, leaving my balcony soaked with dog urine. The office didn't even offer to clean my balcony or put up a lining to prevent anything from falling down to my balcony in the future, I had to do it myself! That same neighbor would then have loud and obnoxious phone conversations on his balcony around 3 a.m., which led my downstairs neighbors to file a complaint against ME thinking I was the one having these conversations. The maintenance is great for the most part. The pool is always dirty...the last time I went there were children swimming with regular diapers on, not the Swimmies they're supposed to be wearing. There were dead bugs all around and the water was warm like it was not being filtered or chlorinated properly. I do feel safe there and it's convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a quiet place to live without massive college students.
