My daughter and I moved from Texas back in May. We rented this apartment without even seeing it (used the Internet) and it has turned out to be a great place so far. Considering our complex back in Texas was not cheap, you got absolutely nothing for your money except headaches! Here we have had few problems--a few minor repairs requiring maintenance around move in time, but they were tended to promptly AND correctly. The place is relatively quiet and the exterior is maintained well. Apartment is very large with plenty of storage spaces. Don't like the steep stairs and large spiders, but there have to be a few drawbacks, right? I have found out the spiders are very commonplace in this area and not dangerous, so now they don't bother me too much at all. Lots of things are close by--shopping, highways, etc. Considering I had no clue what I was really getting into (the Internet can make the worst place look great!), this has turned out to be the best place. And they let us move our dogs in--that was causing some issues with other communities in the area, so if you have one or two pets, this is a good place for them, too! Overall, excellent place to live!
