In the fall, via a flyer in my door I was informed about the change in ownership. That was the first fault on their part, in my opinion, an email or letter in the mailbox would have done the job. I suppose that would have taken too much time and effort on their part. Not only are they understaffed in the office, they fail to provide pleasant service and are clearly uneducated. The poor managerial and people skills make me never want to recommend Lenox to anyone I know. The current property manager, Chris, spoke to me in the most unprofessional way. I could not help but think of the girls that worked for Equity, how kind and friendly they were and how the new managerial staff is the complete opposite. Also, they claim that the pool is open year round and its funny that at the beginning of May when it is 90 degrees outside the pool remains filthy with a disgusting layer of crud on the surface. They must be blind to the dozen people there waiting for the pool to open to enjoy it. I cannot say that I have had any maintenance issues that were not addressed in a timely fashion, but honestly it would not surprise me if it were delayed should one arise. The bottoms line is that I would not advise anyone to live here ever and if I were moving out tomorrow, it would not be soon enough!
