I was warned not to come here because of the crime but due to my budget I figured this would be a good place. Upon signing the lease the staff was nice. The grounds were always clean. <br><br>The only problems I had was that my water heater over flowed a few times as well as the washing machine hose wetting up the entire floor in the kitchen and hall way. The bathroom tub and sink constantly stayed stopped up. <br><br>In the winter the circut breaker kept tripping causing my utility bill to rise. I have a bill of over $400 at one point. I informed the office and they had maintence come and fix it but it would stop for a while but kept happening even today. They offered no compensation with the utility bill considering it was their unit malfunctioning. The maintence however always responded quickly.<br><br>Our neighbors were noisy but they corrected it quickly.<br><br>When cancelling the lease they were really picky about how they needed the letter of cancellation to be. They returned it 2 times for small insignificant request. I felt like I was just being given a hard time because I was moving out.
