I was warned about Chateau Village, but I did not listen. If you have children, Chateau Village is not a good place for children. Some of the tenants complain about your kids playing. The playground is so small. You can't walk around the complex for a fitness walk. They think you are trying to break into their apartment. It's weight room is no weight room. Most of the equipment is broken. The rent is too high, and there are hidden costs like food disposal, water and sewer. You really have to get on maintanence on any fixtures. At front desk, only one of the leasing agents is excellent and that is Debbie Harris. Debbie is the only one person at front desk to communicate with. She listens to any problems that a tenant has and fixes the situation.
