Great place to be
Great place to live. Trenton Mills provides a quiet peaceful environment. The staff is helpful and prompt with maintenance requests! The gym has everything you need, and the resident lounge is nice and relaxing! I highly recommend!

Great experience! Friendly staff!
I’ve been in my apartment for a several months now and love it! Erin has been very welcoming and helpful from the moment when I first dropped in to tour. My unit was very clean on move in and any questions or requests I have are answered promptly. The building is very quiet inside and as a young single woman I feel completely safe! It’s really nice to have a beautiful apartment, great amenities, and a friendly community to come home to after work. Thanks Trenton Mill Lofts team!

Really Nice Apartments
My boyfriend and I came to tour. The property was very well kept and the amenities are exactly what we are looking for. The residents lounge was a big plus. They have a pool table, TV area and beer tap. Erin Dunn was very knowledge and patient with all our questions. We are looking forward to moving here once our home sells.

Don’t Do It
I’ve been a resident here at Trenton Mill Lofts pretty much since they opened almost two years ago. I had a positive review up in the early stages but took it down because it was no longer valid. I’m big on honesty and I owe it to myself and future prospects of what’s really going on here. This will be a series of updates because I have a lot to say and I’m tired of being quiet. In addition, I will not be silenced by threats of misconduct because management does not want the public to know what’s really going on. First and foremost, the other reviewer Ashley is ?? correct on what she said. I will be adding my own experiences and thoughts of various situations. I will first like to address an issue that has bought me here. The walls here at Trenton are super thin, leaving noise to be easily heard by us residents from our neighbors. Yes this is apartment living however as a resident there’s certain things that I would not do out of respect for my neighbors. I wish others thought the same. Since I’ve been here I never had any complaints brought out against me. I follow the rules and try my best not to disturb my neighbors because I want the same in return. For some reason my new neighbor cannot give me the same courtesy. He moved in a few months ago and has been a total headache. The first night he moved in, him n his friend were up late past quiet hours (around 12ish) having a good ol’ time. I realized his living room is on the other side of my bedroom so I heard every single word. Since that night it’s been an ongoing issue of loud obnoxious talking on the phone or the tv extremely loud. Yes all of this has occurred after hours. Is it so hard to get some peace n quiet. After all I’m a paying resident. Saturday morning was the last straw. He came in at 6AM having an extremely loud conversation on the phone that woke me up. It was 6AM for crying out loud. He obviously had no respect for me his neighbor. I got up and knocked on his door to ask him to lower it down. He immediately caught an attitude and said I was the only one having an issue and slammed the door in my face. I was upset but thought after that he would stop. I did not report it to management because we are both adults and when you report something to management they don’t do anything or drag their feet. Yesterday, I received a complaint email from the property manager basically saying I was at fault and could be evicted if it occurs again. Instead of them reaching out to me to find out what happened, I was sent an email. What’s really disturbing is that when another resident was having issues with a former resident not picking up after his dog in front of her window, she was told that she needed proof for them to fine/send a complaint to him. Why didn’t this happen this time around? They immediately took his word for whatever he told them. I haven’t had an issue since I’ve been here. If I’m such a nuisance wouldn’t I have several complaints against me? I called the property manger and was told to send an email next time it happens and to call the courtesy officer next time it happens. What I am going to do is call the non emergency police line in hopes of someone being sent out to knock on his door. I need my peace and quiet and will have it or they can let me out of my lease. I also asked how will they go about future complaints. So basically it’s my word against his and maybe some type of mediation. She didn’t mention about anything about proof but I will have my proof when I call the non emergency line. In the contract it states when evicted they will still require you to pay the rent for the remainder of your lease. Denholtz management company does not hold anyone accountable! We are supposed to be a non smoking residence and there are signs n cameras out front but they do nothing! How do I know? I see cig buds everyday. The property manager is like oh if you see something, say something. I started to but I get no response. I sent an email on the 1st about two issues and never heard anything back from her nor the new leasing agent. Yesterday evening I sent several emails and got one response about the cig buds will be picked up. No the issue is not about grounds not being maintained. They had the audacity to send me a complaint to try and evict me but won’t do the same for others. I am being discriminated against! We also have a pet waste problem. Again there are cameras but nothing is being done but yet here I am receiving this email. The truth is there is no money here. No budget to do anything. We were promised beer on tap, We went months with no events, luxury coffee machine being replaced by a single self serve keurig, no refreshments, etc…..So obviously the plan is to evict me and take my hard earned money to put money back into the residence. There’s one owner so perfect example of the richer getting richer and the poorer getting poorer. It’s honestly a slap in the face. My two stars are for the ceiling to floor windows in my apt and the hardwood floors. I would add on the brick as a plus however the brick is falling apart in the fitness center and other areas of the complex and nothing has been done to fix the issue. The fitness center by the way needs a lot of work. My issue with this complex and the management team is that they honestly could care less about the residents. They are just there to collect rent and that’s basically it. I’m like what are we getting for the amount we are paying. These apartments are super small and we have one small closet. They are getting by just off the windows and floors alone. There is too much competition out there. Just alone half the building has moved out since they’ve opened. I’ve seen so many new faces it’s shocking. No one is staying. Yes they can make you stay in your lease but guess what? After our lease is done we are gone. Customer service is horrible, management team including the regional talks down to people. It’s a joke. Us residents pays the bills, not them

Amenities are not up to what they were and communication lacks
We used to have a good coffee machine, but it continously had problems and broke down. Managements solution was to put a Keurig in and not inform anyone. There are no coffee pods provided, no mugs, no travel mugs, so no way to obtain coffee unless you bring it yourself. The computer also never works. The Management team lacks communication on events that impact the community such as construction, the coffee maker, and we are never informed anymore of what is going on in our community. There is a chalkboard right by the office labeled community event but never updated nor used aanymore.

Not what is advertised
Amenities are a joke. Dog park is an empty fenced in area. Computer mouse and keyboard always dead. Printer doesn’t work. “Gourmet” Coffee machine ALWAYS empty or broke. No cups, no sugar, no creamer. Tablet to open the front door works half the time. Office only open 2 days a week. Forced to pay for internet/cable when I don’t want it. Hard to get in contact with anyone. Just very disappointed for an 1 bedroom apartment that I have to pay over $1200 a month for.

Thank you Alexis
I truly enjoy living at Trenton Mill Lofts. I personally want to thank Alexis for her wonderful customer service. Its a great feeling to know someone cares and wants to help answer questions that you have. Since Alexis has joined Trenton, not only have we had pizza night meet and greet, but also additional activities have been planned. I am happy to call Trenton Mill Lofts my home.

Very Impressed
From the time I filled out and application to move in, I've had great communication with the staff. Despite a two month hiccup from the original move-in date, the staff communicated the problem (not their doing) and gave me options and it was worth the wait! The building and apartment has great charm in a neighborhood that will just keep growing. The amenities are a great plus resident lounge (free coffee), huge gym, outdoor area with pizza oven and grill. It's close to the airport which is a plus for me. Really glad I found this place. Only con(s) I have are, I don't know if the walls are this or neighbors play their TV loud but late at night I can hear TV at night before I sleep. It's apartment living, I find ways to mange. The second is the train in the morning, can't do anything about that, but that's usually my alarm clock to get up.

Property manager and maintenance manager are extremely friendly! Definitely appreciate all of their assistance and questions they help to answer! Management should be very proud of hiring such gifted individuals! I especially appreciate all of the amenities with this property and highly recommend any individual looking for a great space to live!

No amenities for the first 4 months of renting is really a bad business practice. But I guess the supply and demand of apartments and zero vacancy rates, the owner can call the shots and fill units prior to construction being completed.

Visited on a busy day. Julie was on the phone but she acknowledged me immediately and made sure I felt welcome. The model home is gorgeous and the old mill building is really cool. Construction's still going on so we couldn't see much but I'm definitely going to apply!

I am prospective tenant, move in date is January of 2022. I first applied for Trenton Mills apartments in October of 2021 and the process and service has been amazing!! With this being a newly renovated mill, I had lots of questions. Grant(Property Manager) is very prompt, kind, and helpful. He answers all my emails very quickly and sends me updated photos of my apartment. I have been very hesitant about a few things but Grant has been very reassuring! I am so excited to be a resident here at Trenton Mills!

I am a first time renter and I was very nervous about the process, considering the building is under renovation. I was surprised at how responsive the team was to review my application and provide the details of the unit. Grant was especially kind in calling and informing me of my unit and sending pictures to have a glimpse of what it’ll be like once it’s complete. I can say that I am very excited to move in!
