SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We are sorry to hear that all of your expectations weren't met while you lived at Abbington Place. Due to the recent change in ownership and management, the on-site team had many changes internally which caused some delays regarding the phone lines and new email addresses. On the day of the transition, we placed a letter on all residents' doors notifying everyone of the change in contact information; I apologize if you missed that correspondence. In regards to microbial growth, we ask that all residents immediately notify our office to make us aware so we can evaluate these situations asap. We have a specific protocol that we follow to address these types of concerns. In addition, we are sorry to hear that you experienced issues from adjacent apartments, the community is a smoke- free community. We are happy to assist our residents with any issues concerning non-compliance of the community policies. Due to the community offers gas fireplaces, this service requires the resident to setup an account with the local gas company if they wish to do so. Regarding the military, we are proud of our military service people and we offer specific terms within the lease agreement regarding deployments, etc. I am happy to double check the prior management company's lease and your account to ensure that everything is charged per the signed lease contract. Again, I apologize that your expectations weren't met as this is never our intention. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests. We wish you the best of luck! ?? We were greatly saddened by the recent pet incident and it was extremely unfortunately that the pets' owner didn't comply with the leash policy. There are policies in place to specifically prevent these situations and once we are notified of non-compliance, we are happy to address any residents or guests that aren't following the policies.
