This is a beautiful community. It's very quiet and peaceful. I love that I can walk my dog around the community and feel safe. There are a lot of people around and my apartment takes the appropriate safety measures to make us feel secure.

The property has become really run down the past year. Trash all over community. Tenants are charged for a gaited community which has not been used in a year. The gym is not only dirty but also equipment broken. Tenants pay $60.00 a month for amenities… See More

The apartments just arent worth the amount of rent they charge. Mostly paying for the location and stainless steel appliances. Adams farm is a nice location. Parking is horrible. But the trails and scenery is nice.
