I love this community because everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. They respond to my needs/concerns quickly and efficiently, and are always open to make accommodations when necessary.

The apartments are very nice on the inside and outside. The management here are very nice and are willing to help in any way they can. Maintenance is very quick on inquiries. Plus the activities are nice as well as the giveaways.

I moved into Block 43 when it was still Sterling Cottages and since it has been bought out by Burkley Communities the living experience was much better. Communication between the management team and its residents was much better.

This apartment complex has a very luxurious atmosphere especially for an undergraduate student. I'd highly recommend. They do provide transportation to the different universities in the area. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex.

It was a great experience with the Block 43 community. I really enjoyed the people and neighborhood. I was pleased with the different that had going on within the community. If I wasn't graduating in December I would have resign my lease.
