I moved here in June 2016 n apt had repairs to get done, without Amy's help it probably wouldn't have gotten done bc that Starr kept coming up with bu-sh-t to not get it done imagine bathtub needed repair which should have happened b4 i moved in not done then went on vac for 2 weeks still not done. they just got it done but i had to wait for two other people to get theirs done first and i had to wait almost 3 months for it to get done. since i got here all i saw was Amy running around to achieve everyone's issues and assist us with any problem.. in the beginning i would call but no answer would go to office and speak to Amy and my issue or problem was address or solved within that week or two. I always wonder why Starr is manager but had a very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE Attitude.. I think that if they get Rid of Starr and let Amy run the management with proper tools and people she would definitely do a much better Job at upgrading and enhancing property.
