Resident 2002

This place is NICE

I looked at a lot of places before deciding on Brassfield Park. I came to Greensboro for graduate school and needed something convenient and quiet, and SAFE, since I´m a female living on my own.

The ladies in the office have been friendly and helpful, maintenance has been considerate and efficient, it´s quiet at all times and the grounds are spotless. There are strict rules about curtains and signs in the window, but I have no problems with that because it makes for a much prettier complex. My apartment itself is beautiful! The windows are structured in such a way to let the most light into the apartment - I never need lights on in the daytime. The bathroom is huge, the bedroom is nice and big, and the kitchen is a walk-through. The living area is equipped with a gas-burning fireplace and a section in the wall cut out for a television, and a built-in cabinet underneath with tons of room. Air conditioning is a bit loud, but not intrusive or disturbing. More cabinet space in the kitchen than I could ever use - it´s great. Outside storage is a plus, too. You also have the option to get a garage, but they´re not attached to the apartments. Parking has never been a problem.

The other residents are definitely diverse, but they´re quiet, clean, and of all ages. It´s been a pleasure living here so far, and I definitely recommend it. Oh, and washers and dryers are in every apartment, and they´re full-size and well-maintained.
