In my experience, the property is nice, its quiet enough, the only sounds come from car stereos and car engines and dogs barking occasionally. I didn't like signing a blind lease and not being able to see my apartment until move in day, I was told that maintenance was working on the apartment, which wasn't the case because 1 day after I moved in I was calling the office to fix this and that. The place wasn't thoroughly cleaned, the blinds had dust on them the cabinets needed to be refastened and the HVAC was terribly dirty. Even after carpet cleaning, my apartment smelled like animals. The paint was old and chipped you could see the dirt and dust trapped between the paint touch ups, my second bedroom shows a damaged dog eaten door that they painted over . spider webs in the corners and dust on the ceiling appliances. I was discouraged because the pictures didn't represent my unit at all. I had no choice but to clean this new place which I've blindly signed this legal contract with and make the best of my situation. It is quiet and the landscape is well kept and always nice. My apartment could've been handled and prepared a bit better but everything else is nice.

    great experience im happy to live in a safe, quiet and beautiful community. The leasing staff was amazing and informative. The website has everything about the community listed including the map so you could view where each apartment is located. Staffed with a great supply of very professional maintenance men. Great events are hosted within the leasing office. The neighborhood is very friendly. Overall great experience!
