I have had nothing but problems since moving. When I got there to move in the place was atrocious and I asked that it be cleaned. It was only vacuumed. I still had to clean counters and floors. Trash was left by the maintenance crew after working on the stove twice and still not getting it fix. I had to scrub mold and mildew out of the shower and sink. My water heater still doesn't make anything but luke warm water after 2 months of trying to get it fixed. Some cheap coating on my bath tub is peeling up and they don't care. Obviously some plastic latex crap so the tub didn't have to be replaced. My dishwasher poured water all over the floor and when they replaced it they left screws and trash in the apt and parts of the sink I had to put back together. I had t ask 3 times for somebody to come fix the stove and they just kept saying it was unplugged even though they changed out parts that they left there for me to throw away. After almost a month it was replaced with a used beat to hell one. My ice maker still doesn't work after almost 3 month. It was just easier to give up on that problem and buy trays. There's mold around all the windows and sills. I had to ask 3 times to have the fire alarm remounted and fixed so it worked. Half the apts in the complex don't have working front door porch lights. There is always trash on the ground yet the little people in their golf carts never stop to pick it up. Parking is ridiculous. Get ready to walk a long distance your the apt. And no matter what, you can count on them to never really act like they give a crap. Absolute worst customer service of any place anywhere I have ever had. I am so glad I didn't sign a long lease. If you can't find anywhere else here to live then sign a lease that is only 3 or 4 months long each time. You'll soon hate it. The ongoing joke among residents here is "There's a reason it is called The Legends. There's a legend it used to be a nice place to live."
