Resident 2012 - 2013

9/12/2013

Springbrook Apartments is a nice country, quiet setting in which the neighbors stay to themselves. Sometimes it feels like you are the only one living in the complex because it is so quiet. No problems with any types of pest (e.g. roaches,) a spider or mosquito here and there. Pet friendly community (but sometimes the residents do not always pick up their pets waste). Propety is cut weekly, my neighbors are great! I am upstairs and I do not hear any noise beside me. Every now and then I might hear my neighbor downstairs snore (funny to me). I live there now and will be moving soon. I use to stay in their sister property Towergate Court which was nice. There have not been any reports that I know of of theft (as many times that I have left the window down on my car..which is a 2012 model). The office staff are cool..the manager Robbie is a little dry and matter of fact (but pleasant). I cant remember the other ladies that work in the office but very nice and always inquired about my apartment and if there were any problems. Ample parking space. Close to many stores (Kohls, Target, Walmart, Food Lion). The apartment is a little dated with the painted panel wall; but spacious. No exhaust fan in the bathroom (so if you take a dump...hehe). Refrigerator are a little small but keeps everything cold. The only minor thing is that under my kitchen cabinet...I can smell the smoke scent coming from my next door neighbor (as a non-smoker)..but this is a nice hidden secret with extremely reasonable rates.
