Very Unprofessional staff. Increased rent significantly year over year when compared to similar communities in Knightdale. Expects rent at the first of the month during COVID pandemic and charges late fee if it's after the 5th. Although they are very strict and prompt at asking for payments, they do not answer calls or responds to emails/portal requests for maintenance requests, have slacked on lawn care, and maintaining trash compactor area cleanliness. There is dog poop on every sidewalk. During pre-pandemic days, maintenance used to take several weeks to complete a minor request that would take a couple of days max at other apartments to fix. Unfortunately, I renewed my lease due to close proximity to my workplace. Not planning to renew next term and advice folks to consider other communities.
