The people above me are very loud. I sent one email about it being loud and I never got any sort of resolution. Never saw a email telling me something would be done, they recieved any sort of complaint, or a community wide email so it wasnt singling anyone out.

The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. This community is in walking distance of Walmart, several retail stores and restaurants. I would recommend Brunswick Pointe Apartment to friends and coworkers.

I have lived here 6 yrs. Always paid my rent on time. Never missed a payment. Management is horrible. Rude. They act like they are doing you a favor. Had the audacity to try to get the tenants to pick up trash and have a pizza party afterwards. Can not wait to move out. Stay away.

Overall, I have been very pleased here. The staff is very attentive and polite. I feel safe in this community. Some neighbors can be annoying but that is to be expected. I like the extra parking spaces they offer so there is never an issue finding a spot. Thank you

As for renting my first apt., I wish I could post a positive comment. The apt. Was suppose to be updated when we moved in, .they Just threw some paint over older paint and cleaned the carpets ..the paint on the cabinets chipped and worn away with regular cleaning... ..the neighboring apts. Were loud and horrific smells from them we reported several times. This apt. Community is too small to allow for the pets they do . The ones here are loud and bark way too much. Better management of who is allowed to rent needs to be in place. I highly recommend *Assessments every quarter of the renters that should take place..if there are multiple complaints and problems on a renter's record, their lease should should be terminated in 90 days.

We have lived over 2 years at this communication. Renting a 3 bedroom apartment. The grounds are kept in decent shape, maintenance staff has been good to deal with. Office staff seem unorganized. Little sense of community among other tenants.

Quiet & peaceful! Helpful staff! During summer lots of kids play at the pool.. close to walmart & plenty of restaurants.. also near a couple hotels ! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into the area.

My family has lived here for the past five years. There are lots of families with kids so that was a plus for our son. We've never had any issues with loud neighbors or cleanliness of the property. Also, the location is very convenient to everything.

The apartment complex is great. Extremely convenient. Stores and restaurants are close by and major highways are easily accessed .The only area that seems to need attention are the common areas .litter cleanup and pet waste

The office staff is very friendly and always greet you by name. My only real issue is that after having been here five years my rent continues to go up with every lease renewal without any value added. The positive about this property is the outstanding proximity to great shopping and dining options.

The Bad: Multiple issues over the years. Called with broken/no AC on a friday and told that since it wasn't 80 degrees outside they wouldn't fix it until Monday. However temps were due to hit 80+ on Saturday. They told me to wait until that happened then to call back. Drug use and theft are common in the parking lot and office staff said since it happens at night it's not something they'll address even though it's been reported by multiple residence which unit is causing the issues. Large trucks with modified exhaust loud enough to be a violation of county ordinance aren't addressed. Again office staff is very hands off, informed to call the police since they can't verify which resident owns the vehicle. However if your tags are expired you'll get a 3 day notice on your vehicle and it'll be towed. Was told by the towing company the community gets a cut which is why no notices were posted in breezeways or community wide email sent out when 20 vehicles were towed for expired tags. But you'll get a community wide email telling you to remove grills from your porch, not that your car might be on the list to be towed for $200. They hired a 3rd party contractor who they gave a key to my apartment who then walked into my apartment without knocking and entered the master bedroom while my fiance was asleep naked. The gym equipment is old and frequently doesn't work. The pool is poorly maintained. Park benches by the grills were broken due to old age and never replaced. It's normal to see commercial vehicles and trucks with trailers taking up 4-5 parking spaces. We were told by staff that we were under mandatory evacuation for a hurricane and had to leave immediately... when there was no evacuation order, lol. The Good: The pictures I see of the renovated apartments look nice. So that's cool I guess. No bug issues in 5 years. No parking stickers or assigned parking which is nice for me, but in other parts of the community a real nightmare. We had an alligator in the back pond. Walking distance to Walmart and a bunch of other stuff.

This place was a great place to live. I dunno what happened if it was the IRT buyout or what but its almost new years eve and I'm still sitting here with storm related damage from hurricane florence...two days before 1/1/2019. This is the only complaint I have. like seriously?

Overall, not too bad a place to live in but the prices are increasing but no new fixtures or upgrades in current living spaces...only after one moves out. Neighbors moving in and out constantly, complaining of noise, and just petty stuff.

for the most part it has been good I keep to myself I live on the 3rd floor my neighbor that lives on the 2nd floors complains that I and walking to heavy on the floor with is disturbing to them . I have been complained on and unhappy that I received a notice of disturbing my neighbors. NO one from the office every investigated the complaint they just took the word of the person filling the complaint. The trucks driving threw or the people living here with loud mufflers is disturbing but I do not complain I live in an apartment building and expect to hear noise.

In the time I have lived at Brunswick Point I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone in the office is terrific, and I have very little issues with my neighbors. I am moving soon only because I am leaving the area. If I was not, I would live here for years more!

Residents seem friendly. There are lots of dogs around. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Every time I've had an issue, they've responded within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Every issue has been fixed quickly and the maintenance staff is very respectful.

I have a neighbor above me in 308 who had no regard for others.i can hear every step they take because of the squeaking floor.They are up at 11pm vacuuming and I can hear everything they do. I have to get up at 4am for work and they make my night sleepless. I wish I had never moved here.
