Myself and my partner are very easy going and keep to ourselves. We were very excited to move into these apartments for the location and it being close to our jobs however when we were moving in the apartment was extremely dirty and and we notified the office, sent pictures as requested and nothing was done about it. Absolutely nothing. Thankfully we clean for a living so we had to clean it ourselves while moving our things into a dirty apartment as if moving wasnt stressful enough. We were also disappointed that both toilets were running like crazy and the apartment smelled. We notified them about the toilets and a maintenance guy came and didnt even fix them and they continue to ran until we called AGAIN. Now living here for a while has been great besides all of that and when we just came home and were met with a sassy maintenance man trying to put a towing sticker on our vehicle we barely drive because our registration was out and were told we have until tomorrow or its getting towed. We called the office only for Amber to answer with an attitude right off the bat when all we wanted was some more time because we work every day. She was extremely sassy, had an attitude with me that was unwarranted and talked down to me. Very Very unprofessional and mean. I had also told her about the other incidents such as our lock being so hard to turn we had to use so much force that wasnt fixed upon request which she didnt care and told me that its our job to call and remind them if something isnt fixed properly because theyre too busy helping other residents as if we're not important too. She also said that if something isnt relayed to her by another staff member that theres nothing she can do and they probably forgot basically saying they're unreliable unless we call over and over. Im extremely fustrated because we dont even like to have to argue with anyone but she talks to you like youre trash and its wrong. Im open to talking to a regional manager at this point. I want to enjoy living here, this is my home. I dont work here.
