Comet Westgate has friendly staff and the community is nice and quiet. The property is well maintained. The amenities are awesome, but you should have a choice as to whether you want certain ones being that you are automatically charged a fee for them. The monthly Conservice fee of $27.75 for water & sewer is another fee that once again you have no choice.
