Satisfied. Office staff are nice and helpful. Unit is satisfactory for the price. My only concerns would be the trash area at times is full and inaccessible and parking spaces are full resulting in having to park quite a distance away from your unit.

The grounds look horrible..no grass...mostly mudd...no flowers. The dumpster is often overflowing.. And should be at back of community. Not 1st thing you see when entering community We need grass seed and mulch that is not blown away by the lawn company. See More

Everything has been great except being charged 75 bucks for pest control to spray for fleas. Dont even get pest control monthly and im charged for it. Get mad at people that dont pick after their dog poops.

Shoddy workmanship, appliances broken, large slug and worm infestation. I have to move out early for health reasons, and I am being penalized severely for leaving before my lease is up. The only plus is the friendliness of the staff. See More

The said the community will host events on a monthly basis but they never did. No events for July 4th or holidays. Maintaince team has been on and off. Some are good and some weren't. It was an ok experience not the best.
