We are very happy with the apartment itself. Very well maintained and quiet so far. The rate structure is quite erratic. Rates for leases is quite strange. 12 month lease is more than an 11 month lease, and prices rise rapidly.

Its a well kept property. Bright staff. Very clean pool. Nice dog park. A small park for the kids. Grilling out at the pool. Nice pool furniture. Car wash bay with high pressure sprayer and vacuum. Very nice.
