Don’t move here

So this is officially my second month staying here and I am still advising advising anyone thinking of staying here to please look elsewhere. I have had so many issues. If possible I would solve it with the rent office but they’re never there, never answer the phone, and if they do, they will tell you they will take care of it….and don’t . So month one was kind of rough (previous review below) as stated in my last review , they pushed my move in date 3 times. They took my application fee, and security deposit, AND had me get power and renters insurance for an apartment that was being occupied by someone else and never told me until I called asking why my move in date changed at the last minute. During my actual move in, I was given a paper and told to report anything wrong with the apartment. I had about 5 things I needed fixed and I turned the paper in about April 20th. It is currently June 10 and no one has came to fix anything. I am keeping record of everytime I have called and reported something so when I move out they don’t try to blame me. Like I said toilet holder fell off, my kitchen sink had a leak, our water heater was burst open almost and completely wet our carpet in our bedroom, one of the closet doors fell off, my patio door didn’t lock at all when I first moved in, the storage door literally has no door knob, and we didn’t get our ac fixed for about a month and 10 phone calls later . This is all just in one month. Now out of everything I named, they’ve only came to fix the water heater and the ac since they were emergencies. Still had to call 10 times to get my emergency maintenance issue taken care of. Me and my boyfriend woke up drenched in sweat for weeks. Also I hate to say it but it is very true. The rent office seems to come across as not taking anybodys concerns seriously no matter what the issue is. I watched a woman come into the office in distress because her and her baby didn’t have ac. They told her what they tell us all. “We will let maintenance know”. Ill also never forget how I called and smoke to one of the leasing agents before I moved in to get a tour of the apartments. The woman told me sure , and scheduled me for 12:00. When I got to the apartments for my tour, the office was closed. A maintenance guy told me that they don’t work at this property anymore and they had another property down the road I have to go to. (The lady never told me this at all what so ever). Frustrated, I drive to the other property , not sure how I would do a tour and we aren’t even at the actual apartments I applied for . So when I finally got there, I told them I was there for a tour . They looked at me as if they didn’t know what a tour was and told me they weren’t doing tours at the moment. So I basically moved in off a leap off faith never getting a tour of the apartment which is why I’m in the situation I’m in now . Oh yeah the amenities are terrible . There’s no basketball court for starters not sure why they put that. The pool probably won’t open at all. It’s already June 10 . It’s obvious they just don’t want to pay for pool maintenance. Only good thing I have to say is the neighborhood is very quiet , very peaceful. The neighbors are kind and mind their business. Not too many kids over here so you don’t have to worry about noise . And yeah that’s the best compliment I can give
