I genuinely enjoyed living here… until I didn't. The apartments themselves are nice and the community is relatively quiet, no loud street noise or traffic or anything like that. We had nice neighbors and the office staff were nice. But the building is very poorly built. There's no soundproofing at all because you can hear everything going on in the apartments above you. If you're lucky enough to have nice people above you great. If you can get a third floor apartment, amazing. But when we got new upstairs neighbors, the dream was over. They were so loud we had to move. We were regularly woken up by their loud banging noises causing vibrations throughout our apartment. They were up and down the stairs for hours, you can hear other people's dogs barking for hours. It was a nightmare. It's definitely not a place to live if you don't have kids or pets and don't want to be disturbed by someone else's. The people in the leasing office did not care and they didn't do anything about these loud people despite us never having problems prior to this point. They offered to move us to a different apartment but wanted us to not only pay a transfer fee but also a higher rent price. God bless the next people cursed to live in these apartments because you won't be able to sleep or relax at all in your own space. Plus they'll try to increase the rent on you every year until it's too high for you to pay and you end up moving anyway.
