Window condensation is caused by excessive moisture in the apartment home, and it often occurs in the winter when the warm air inside the apartment condenses on the cold windows. Feel free to reach out to us to provide you tips on how to help prevent window condensation in your home. If you currently stay in one of our traditional apartments we no long offer, we would love to show you both our classic and modern upgraded homes. We're sorry to hear about your vehicle. Kevin, we appreciate your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were inconvenienced when paying your late rent. Per your lease agreement and North Carolina State addendum, all monthly rent payments made after the 5th will incur a late fee and all late payments must be paid in the form of money order or cashier's check. Renter's insurance is a requirement for our community and is the resident's responsibility to provide our Leasing office with proof of the most current policy declaration information. Once both the insurance and account balance is settled, your online payment portal is enabled again to provide you with access to pay for the following month. If there is anything else we can do to make the rest of your stay enjoyable, please feel free to contact our Leasing office.
